Schools used COVID aid to house homeless students. Soon, that option won't exist

School-based health centers (SBHCs) provide a variety of healthcare services in a convenient and accessible environment. In this article, San Diego’s Project Rest and other programs like it exemplify the way schools are increasingly expanding their work beyond teaching and learning to meet the basic needs of students and their families.
