Missouri Telehealth Network has created a resource website that provides information and resources for Federally Qualified Health Centers, Community Mental Health Centers, Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, and others to help with billing for Telehealth services. This includes telehealth rules, general information, and other resources organized based on provider type, service, and payor.

Free, Missouri-specific resources developed by the University of Missouri
Continually updated information on telehealth policies
Links to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and MOHealthNet
The Missouri Telehealth Network works to increase access to health care via telehealth for rural and underserved Missourians. They provide technical assistance to health care organizations, operate telehealth programs, and support the development of telehealth policies.
In addition, the Missouri Telehealth Network can help with
Training start-up telemedicine programs in all areas including clinical, technical, operational, legal, regulatory, and evaluation
Providing individualized training programs on or off-site
Increasing access to health care via telehealth services for rural Missourians
Providing technical assistance to health care organizations
Developing telehealth policies
Coordinating educational outreach
Partnering on telehealth projects
Managing statewide telehealth projects
