ParentLink Parenting Classes

ParentLink is now offering Parenting Classes!

Classes are free to all parents and caregivers. They are 1 hour sessions that can be held through Zoom, so parents can join when it is convenient for them. These classes can also be court approved.

Some topics that may be covered include:

• Understanding positive discipline

• The importance of connection

• Communicating with your child

• Empathy and self-regulation

• Understanding trauma
