ELC-CHW Maternal Health Initiative

St. Louis Integrated Health Network has introduced a new initiative called the ELC-CHW Maternal Health Initiative. The goal of the initiative is to improve access to health care for pregnant individuals with underlying health conditions or Covid-19 related illnesses and increase referral to community resources, clinical services, and lifestyle programs through the work of Community Health Workers.

The initiative is focused on the St. Louis area, but they accept clients from across Missouri. The CHWs will support participants during pregnancy and postpartum. The link to refer clients can be found here.
