Build Health Places Network Rural Playbook Updates

In 2022, the national nonprofit Build Health Places Network (BHPN) released "A Playbook for New Rural Healthcare Partnership Models of Investment," a resource of addressing social determinants of health in rural communities.

In the 2024 update, BPHN reconnects with the organizations that were featured in the original playbook to gain a deeper understanding of the partnership landscape.
