2025 Maternal and Infant Health Convening Planning Survey

The Uplift Connection is partnering with Missouri Hospital Association, the Missouri Perinatal Quality Collaborative, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, and Missouri Foundation for Health to plan the 2025 Maternal and Infant Health Convening. They are looking for input for the content and focus of the 2025 event and have created a survey to gather feedback.

Missouri's community partners will gather together to make real-world change and build connection to better serve women and infants. Fostering Health Equity in Missouri: A Focus on Mothers & Infants is the theme for the 2025 conference that will occur in March 2025.

The Uplift Connection seeks to serve as a hub, convene though leaders, build awareness of regional and local efforts, and connect maternal and infant stakeholders that work across the state.
